Every order is delivered direct to your door. Simply Beds are partners with a national delivery company and therefore, we ensure that your goods will be delivered in excellent condition. Orders are usually delivered on weekdays between 9.00am and 5.00pm, although special delivery times can be arranged upon request.

Orders are processed at the point of sale, and are despatched as soon as possible. Please contact a Customer Service Representative on 0208 908 0606 to confirm a delivery time.

On the rare occassion where an item is damaged in transit we will, of course, offer to replace the damaged item immediately. Please ensure that you inspect the parcels carefully for damage before signing.
